1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corral, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not use the App.

2. User-Generated Content
Corral allows users to create, share, and view content including messages, photos, and location-based group chats. You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share within the app. You must not post or share any content that is:

• Abusive, harassing, or hateful
• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Violent or threatening
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity
• Defamatory or infringing on others' rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to suspend or ban users who engage in objectionable behavior. There is zero tolerance for abusive content or conduct.

3. Content Moderation
To protect users, Corral includes the following safeguards:

• Profanity filtering and content moderation tools
• A Report function to flag objectionable content
• A Block feature to prevent interaction with specific users
• A review system to investigate reports and take action within 24 hours

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate our standards or this Agreement.

4. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Corral on your personal device for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app
• Use the app in any unlawful way
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations

6. Location Data and Permissions
Corral uses location services to help you discover and join group chats near you. You may disable location access through your device settings, but certain features may become unavailable.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Corral at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Corral is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of the app or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of Corral, including but not limited to loss of data, harm to device, or exposure to objectionable content posted by other users.
